Winter Wonderland

We got that winter storm that was on the news but not as bad as we could have. We got about 4″ here in Robertson County. The snow started falling around 10 am Friday morning.
Barn in the snow
The fresh fallen snow is so beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t have anything scheduled to do on Saturday. I made chili and we played games by the fire.
Such a pretty sight
The view from the barn first thing in the morning. There is something about untarnished snow. Such a beautiful blanket that we call winter.
We love snow!
Then the fun began! The boys got out and had a snowball fight.

The dogs froliced. We had little Hershey here again as a camper. I think she was as tall as the snow but she had a great time.

Even Dad got into the frivolity….but he doesn’t play fair.
Daddy! It is a snowball fight not a shovel fight.
We were trying to make a snowman but the snow was too powdery and dry.
